Simple, rustic, and full of flavour. Our Classic Sourdough Boule is naturally fermented for a deep tangy taste, chewy crumb, and crisp golden crust. Made with simple ingredients and long fermentation for the kind of bread that works with everything from soups to sandwiches.

Ingredients: Unbleached bread flour, unbleached all-purpose flour, water, sourdough starter (flour, water), sea salt

Prepared with care in our home kitchen, which may also handle common food allergens. Our products are crafted fresh by hand to taste amazing and are not inspected by Vancouver Coastal Health Authority.
