English Muffins

We griddle these muffins in small batches so they turn golden on the outside and stay light inside with all the perfect little nooks for butter and jam. They make mornings easy and delicious, whether you are stacking up breakfast sandwiches or just grabbing one on the go.

Ingredients: Unbleached bread flour, unbleached all purpose flour, milk, water, sourdough starter (flour, water), honey, butter (milk), sea salt, cornmeal.
