This loaf is for garlic lovers. We fold slow roasted garlic and real parmesan into our naturally leavened dough so every slice is full of rich, savoury flavour. The crust is crisp, the crumb is soft and the aroma when it comes out of the oven is the kind that brings everyone into the kitchen. Perfect for pasta night, toasting with butter or making the best grilled cheese you have ever had.
Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour, water, sourdough starter (flour, water), roasted garlic, parmesan cheese (milk, salt, bacterial culture, rennet), sea salt.
