A cozy favourite enriched by the slight tang and soft center from the sourdough. Long fermented like our loaves. We start with browned butter for a deep, toffee like flavour, and then smooth creamy chunks of chocolate straight from your memories.
Ingredients: Browned butter (milk), granulated sugar, light brown sugar, unbleached all purpose flour, sourdough starter (flour, water), unbleached bread flour, egg yolks, vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt
