We start with browned butter for a deep, toffee like flavour, add a rich cocoa dough, and fold in gooey little marshmallow bits plus plenty of chocolate chips. The sourdough discard keeps them soft and chewy in the middle with just the right amount of fudgy goodness. It is a winter favourite but honestly perfect any day a chocolate craving hits. Made for cookie lovers of all ages.
