Cow Cookie
Named by Farmer Dave because they’re black and white like our favourite dairy cows. These soft and chewy sourdough cookies are made with browned butter for extra flavour and dotted with a mix of dark and light chocolate so every bite has the perfect balance. A touch of cinnamon adds warmth without making them taste like a spice cookie. They are the kind of treat that disappears fast so you may want to grab two.
Ingredients: Browned butter (milk), water, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, sourdough starter (flour, water), egg yolks, vanilla extract, all purpose flour, bread flour, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, cinnamon, chocolate inclusions (white chocolate chips and semi sweet chocolate chips).
