Candy Cane Crunch
A holiday classic with a sourdough twist. These cookies are soft and chewy with a rich chocolate base and just the right hint of peppermint. We mix in crushed candy canes for a satisfying crunch and load each one with a blend of semi sweet and mint chocolate chips. Browned butter brings a warm toffee flavour and the sourdough discard keeps the center tender. They taste like hot chocolate and Christmas morning all in one bite.
