Pumkpin Bumpkin
Fall in a cookie. We mix real pumpkin puree and warm pumpkin spice into our soft sourdough cookie dough, then swirl in browned butter for a deep comforting flavour. White chocolate chips bring a sweet creamy balance that makes every bite feel like a little slice of pumpkin pie. These bake up tender and chewy with the perfect amount of seasonal spice.
Ingredients: Browned butter (milk), water, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, sourdough starter (flour, water), egg yolks, vanilla extract, all purpose flour, bread flour, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, white chocolate chips.
