Policies
These policies are in place to protect both our customers and our small-batch bakery. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Ordering Policy
- All orders must be placed through our website, direct invoice, or approved sales channel.
- Orders are confirmed only once payment is received in full, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- We operate on a limited production schedule. Once an order is confirmed, it is added to our baking calendar and ingredients are allocated specifically for you.
- Order deadlines will be clearly stated for pre-orders, markets, and special items. Late orders may not be accepted.
Custom & Special Orders
- Custom orders include (but are not limited to) cookie cakes, custom sizing, special flavors, or decorative finishes.
- Design inspiration photos are accepted as references only. Final products may vary slightly due to the handmade nature of baking.
- Once a custom order is approved and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Pricing & Payments
- All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment methods accepted will be clearly stated at checkout or on invoices.
- Taxes will be applied where required by law.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds or credits for change of mind, no-shows, or failure to pick up orders.
- If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery, with clear photos of the product and original packaging.
AI, Photo Manipulation & Fraud Prevention Policy
- Due to the rise in AI image generation, photo editing, and digital manipulation, no refunds or replacements will be issued without the return of the original product.
- Claims based solely on photos will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be substantially intact and returned within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if fraud or misrepresentation is suspected.
Delivery Policy
- Delivery areas, days, and fees are listed on our website or order page.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
- We are not responsible for delayed, missed, or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, lack of access, or unattended drop-off locations.
- Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer.
Product Handling & Storage
- We are not responsible for product quality once items have been improperly stored, handled, or transported by the customer.
- Storage instructions are provided for best quality and food safety and should be followed carefully.
Allergens & Food Safety
- Our kitchen handles common allergens including (but not limited to) wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts.
- We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and asking questions before ordering.
Market & Event Sales
- All market and event sales are final.
- We cannot hold items without prior arrangement.
- Product availability is first-come, first-served.
Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for abusive behavior, harassment, attempted fraud, or violation of these policies.

- These policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
